Return Policy
Every item purchased on the babycakesscottsdale.com website is
unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with
an Babycakes of Scottsdale purchase or gift for any reason, please

customer service for an exchange, or replacement.
Personalized gifts may not be returned.
Return within 14 days of the purchase.
Just wrap the gift in its original packaging (if possible) and follow
these simple steps:
1. For your security please return your gift with an insured carrier.
(e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This
will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Policy
Within the Contiguous U.S.A.
Babycakes of Scottsdale ships all orders via UPS, Federal Express or
other select carriers. Standard items (anything that does not require
personalization) ship in 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-10 business
days on all personalized items.
Please note freight carriers only ship to actual street addresses not
Post Office Box addresses.
When making a purchase from us online we use a standard shipping rate.
Shipping Rates
Ground 4-7 business days, excluding holidays. $7.95
2 day Two business days when ordered before midnight EST, excluding
holidays. $14.95
Overnight Next business day when ordered before Noon Eastern Standard
Time, excluding holidays. $22.95
